En voici la pr\u00e9sentation:<\/p>\n<p class=\"ExpressionSummary-standFirst qg-tt4 qg-xtra-lh svelte-m1s953\" data-testid=\"ExpressionSummary-standFirst\">\u00ab\u00a0Depuis la syst\u00e9matisation du recours aux pavillons de complaisance, les armateurs sont libres de recruter des marins venus du monde entier.<\/p>\n<p class=\"ExpressionSummary-standFirst qg-tt4 qg-xtra-lh svelte-m1s953\" data-testid=\"ExpressionSummary-standFirst\">Une concurrence qui favorise la baisse des salaires et la pr\u00e9carisation des contrats de ces gal\u00e9riens des mers.<\/p>\n<p class=\"PopSlotParagraph qg-tx2 qg-xtra-lh svelte-1xznlfb\">Ils seraient pr\u00e8s de 330 000 \u00e0 travailler sur les ponts, dans les salles des machines et les cuisines des navires du monde entier, et plus encore \u00e0 attendre d\u2019embarquer \u00e0 leur tour pour nourrir leur famille. Les marins philippins constituent une part importante de la main-d&rsquo;\u0153uvre du transport maritime et la premi\u00e8re communaut\u00e9 des mers. Derri\u00e8re eux, les Chinois, les Indon\u00e9siens ou encore les Ukrainiens et les Russes, ach\u00e8vent de fournir \u00e0 cette industrie mondialis\u00e9e de la logistique une arm\u00e9e de r\u00e9serve indispensable pour faire tourner le fret international.<\/p>\n<p class=\"PopSlotParagraph qg-tx2 qg-xtra-lh svelte-1xznlfb\">Depuis la lib\u00e9ralisation du secteur survenue dans les ann\u00e9es 70, les Etats offrant des pavillons de complaisance et un droit du travail revu a minima ont permis aux compagnies d\u2019armateurs d\u2019internationaliser leur recrutement. Elles peuvent compter pour cela sur les milliers d\u2019agences d\u2019int\u00e9rim qui imposent des contrats toujours plus pr\u00e9caires aux aspirants marins incapables de n\u00e9gocier.
